What are the dreams and aspirations of the Kozy egotype? What motivates Kozy? What makes the Enneagram and eAnimals different than other personality systems?
Yes Kozy types can be quite good being the boss when she is able to keep her emotions on the back burner. When Kozy is unhealthy or stressed she may become "bossy" which as we know is not a trait of an effective "boss."
